The exchange of cryptocurrency between Users, at the terms and conditions set forth by such exchange parties, and which is executed solely and exclusively within the Services with cryptocurrency deposited to those Users' accounts. The deposit, withdrawal, and/or trade transaction of cryptocurrency into, out from, or at Customer Accounts, which is technically executed by Service Provider in accordance with User's instructions. Service Provider does not provide financing services and thus, does not perform and support margin trading. The trade on the integrated platform takes place between Users.

As described in the Terms, You agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, as well as AnonymousCryptoExchange's Affiliate Program Terms of Service and AnonymousCryptoExchange 's KYC Terms, which constitute inseparable parts of these Terms. If You do not agree to be bound by these terms, do not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms of Service, including but not limited to any policy or guideline of the platform, at any time and at our sole discretion. Fees

AnonymousCryptoExchange maintains transparency in its fee structure. The current fee structure is two-tiered, consisting of exchange and network fees.

The exchange fee is the charge levied by AnonymousCryptoExchange for processing user-initiated transactions. The exchange fee structure is determined by the transaction type: Floating exchange rate or Fixed exchange rate. Transactions involving the Floating exchange rate incur a 0.25% fee on the output amount (this may vary for transactions executed through our API partners). In contrast, for Fixed exchange rate transactions, AnonymousCryptoExchange identifies the best market rate and fixes it for the conversion in question; the corresponding rate is displayed to the user, safeguarding their funds from market fluctuations during the exchange.

The network fee, which ensures the withdrawal of funds from exchanges, is paid to cryptocurrency miners for processing transactions on the network. AnonymousCryptoExchange collects and transfers these payments to the respective exchanges, which are responsible for setting the fee amount at any given time. Upon transaction initiation, this fee is displayed to the user, with the amount based on our estimates. You acknowledge and agree that the final network fee charged may occasionally deviate from our estimate. This occurs solely due to the inherent volatility of network fees on exchanges and is independent of our platform.

AML and KYC Procedures

AnonymousCryptoExchange reserves the right to implement AML/KYC procedures for specific users, addresses, and cryptocurrency transactions.

Intellectual Property

All our intellectual property (IP) assets, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, trade names, software code, icons, logos, characters, layouts, trade secrets, buttons, color schemes, and graphics, are protected by local and international intellectual property laws and treaties.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to access and use our IP for your personal use only.

You may not alter, modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials, including text, graphics, video, audio, software code, user interface design, or logos.

The license granted under this section will automatically terminate if we suspend or terminate your access to the services.

If you upload or share any feedback, suggestion, idea, or other information or material ("Content") with us, you automatically grant us a worldwide license to use your content. It becomes part of the public domain as long as it remains on our website and services. We may use it for marketing or any other purpose at our sole discretion.

Exchanges via our Services cannot be canceled by AnonymousCryptoExchange. Therefore, it is essential to review the details of your exchange before proceeding. AnonymousCryptoExchange is not responsible for your crypto assets once they have been sent outside of the Services, and we do not guarantee the uptime of the exchange.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the aggregate liability of AnonymousCryptoExchange (including our directors, officers, members, employees, and agents), whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), product liability, strict liability, or another theory, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, AnonymousCryptoExchange or these terms exceed the fees paid by you to AnonymousCryptoExchange within 3 months immediately preceding the date of any claim giving rise to such liability.

We strive to protect users from fraudulent and scam activities in the crypto asset sphere. Certain crypto assets may be designed for unlawful purposes or considered fraudulent or illegal under the law. AnonymousCryptoExchange collaborates with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities to identify and disclose such crypto assets. We reserve the right to prohibit and discontinue any exchanges via our Services with such crypto assets at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without disclosing the reason for such a decision. YOU INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ANONYMOUSCRYPTOEXCHANGE HARMLESS AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PROHIBITION AND DISCONTINUATION OF EXCHANGES ON OUR WEBSITE INVOLVING ANY CRYPTO ASSET.
